Kevin DeVore stood up for his client’s rights and, after reviewing the evidence, persuaded the Ramsey County prosecutor to dismiss the charges. DeVore’s client was charged with domestic assault following an incident with a family member. It was clear that the evidence would have made it difficult for the State to prove its case. Kevin used his trial experience to convince the State the best outcome was to dismiss the case in the interests of justice. This truly was the best result for everyone, including the alleged victim and the community.
