One of Kevin DeVore’s clients received an early holiday present from Ramsey County this week. Charged with Felony Assault 2nd Degree – Dangerous Weapon and Reckless Discharge of a Firearm, Kevin and his client filed a self-defense claim and set the matter for trial. After one trial scheduling delay, Kevin’s client maintained his innocence and pushed for his day in court. After a long wait, Ramsey County Attorney’s Office filed its dismissal of all charges thus avoiding the need for trial.
